Upon termination, all outstanding obligations, including payment obligations, shall remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SYNVARITH operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
